How do I get started with Rocket Frog Labels?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to order, manage and re-order product labels. Our online store has simplified this process into 3 easy steps.
- Get your Instant Custom Product Label Quote. You will be asked 5 questions about your project and an instant quote will be delivered on screen. From here, you will have the option to Download Your Quote, Email Your Quote, or Save/Order your new labels.
- If you elect to save or order your Custom Product Labels, the next step is to register for your free customer portal. Inside this portal, you will be able to access past orders and quotes, accept quotes, upload artwork, access billing information, revise orders and so much more. This will essentially act as your virtual account manager.
- Lastly, once you have accepted your quote, you will be prompted to input your contact & billing information, and submit your order! Don’t worry, we’ll always send a proof before we go to production!
Why Should I use Rocket Frog Labels for my Custom Product Labels?
At Rocket Frog Labels, we have been immersed in the print industry for DECADES and each team member is required to recertify on an annual basis. Additionally, since all of our printing is done in-house, you can expect quick turnaround times, unneeded mark-ups and the highest quality control. What sizes are available to print?
If you can dream it, we can print it. Whether it’s Lip Balm Product Labels to Wide Format printing from our parent company, iTek, we have the ability and have seen the wildest print jobs over the past 40 years. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Tell us. We’ll make it right, replace it, or completely refund your order. Quality is of utmost priority. If you’re not happy, neither are we. We understand that your product labels can be the first impression you make on your customers and if it’s not absolutely perfect then we’ve missed the mark. All of our staff and printing capabilities reside in our North Carolina factory, so you’ll never sit on hold for 30 minutes or talk to someone who doesn’t get it. Simply call, email or chat us online and we’ll make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
What type of proof will I receive?
We have a few options for proofing. Typically, we will email a flat image proof of your product label. However, we understand some jobs require more than that, so we’re happy to mail a small batch directly to your facilities. Just specify special request in your order.
What is the minimum number of labels required to order?
The growing demand of our Label Printing services there are some practicalities to our print jobs. We generally ask for a minimum of 100 Labels with version minimums of 50 labels. However, if you a special request, we always invite you to contact us for a special quote!
Do you charge for extra colors?
No. As simple as that. If you want to print 1,000 labels with a color wheel on it, have at it! It doesn’t cost us anything extra, so why should we charge extra? Remember, not all label printers are alike!
How long will it take to receive my labels?
Well, this depends. If we receive the proper artwork and approval on proofing within 2 business days, then you can expect to have your labels within the week. One your order is placed, we will send you updates throughout the entire process so you’ll know exactly when and where your label printing job is.

Our headquarters & print shop is located just outside of Charlotte, NC in a small suburb called Concord. Specifically, our address is 7075-B, Aviation Blvd NW, Concord, NC 28027.
Do you outsource your printing or is it done in house?
